Eleanor Roosevelt Hadassah is excited to welcome back our own Chef Mimi Markofsky as she demonstrates her take on delightfully delicious Passover recipes. She will be preparing savory and sweet recipes to help create a Passover menu to tantalize your taste buds. Chef Mimi will be sharing a substitution list for Passover and the recipes for the delicious food you will be sampling at this event.
Mimi Markofsky is the chef/owner of Mimi's Just Desserts. She was also the chef/owner of Elite Kosher Catering for many years. Mimi has taught numerous cooking classes over the last 35 years and currently specializes in gluten-free cooking and baking.
*All attendees will be required to sign a Hadassah Event Participation Release to attend Hadassah in-person events. There will be no exceptions to the policy.
