Join us as we welcome our favorite chef Mimi Markofsky as she demonstrates delicious Passover recipes!
It's time to put your chef hat on!
Eleanor Roosevelt Hadassah is excited to invite you to join us as our own, Chef Mimi Markofsky demonstrates refreshing, tastefully simple Passover holiday recipes. She will be preparing for you to sample: InstantPot Vegetable Soup, Apple Matzo Farfel Kugel Muffins, Cream Cheese Muffins, and Bubby Rachel's Jelly Cookies. Mimi will be sharing a substitution list for Passover, the recipes for the delicious food you sampled at this event plus many more.
Mimi Markofsky is the chef/owner of Mimi's Just Desserts. She was also the chef/owner of Elite Kosher Catering for many years. Mimi has taught numerous cooking classes over the last 35 years and currently specializes in gluten-free cooking and baking.
*All attendees will be required to sign a Hadassah Event Participation Release to attend Hadassah in-person events. There will be not exceptions to this policy.
