Join The Hadassah Greater Detroit Health Professional Council for an online evening event presenting Tiny Habits®, a proven methodology that helps people create habits to be healthier, happier, and more productive. The purpose of Tiny Habits® is to make desired changes easier to accomplish. This presentation will include the theory behind this program, as well as techniques to implement the method.

What makes it special? Learning the Tiny Habits® method and experiencing success delights people. It opens the door to future success. This method applies to all types of behavior, in all cultures, and for people of any age. It's universal. So, it can be a tool for nurses, and all types of allied health professionals, who want to help their clientele create a new habit. Finally, it is easy to teach and learn, and people have seen significant results in as little as 48 hours.
