Introducing a new way to engage with old and new friends, discover or rediscover Hadassah, and socialize with a purpose.

Tuesday, September 6th - 7 pm

Bring in the New Year with Hadassah.
Socialize with Social Action - join us for the year’s first Hadassah Social to pack High Holiday Food Boxes for the needy with Maot Chitim of Greater Chicago, located at 1610 Deerfield Road, Highland Park, IL 60035. This location is the former Toys R Us and remains branded this way. Register by Sept 5 - $18.

Thursday, October 13th - 7 pm

Come together for Sukkot and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Sharsheret will join us in a sukkah at a private residence to speak about the genetic risk of breast and ovarian cancer, the added risk to the Jewish community, and the psychoemotional support they offer. A survivor will share first-hand about their experience. We will also pack care-kits to bring comfort to those facing treatment. Please wear pink to the event to honor survivors, remember those lost, and to support the progress with treatment. Drinks and dessert will be served. Private residence, Wilmette, IL. Address provided upon registration completion. Register by Oct 11 - $18.

Light up the evening with Hadassah Social.
Let’s meet up in the city at the 8 Crazy Night’s Hanukkah-Themed Pop-Up Bar at Graystone Tavern, 3441 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60657. Please bring an unwrapped gift for a child. Register by Dec 13 - Free to attend. Food and drinks at your own expense.

*Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status, including booster, if eligible, is required to attend this event. Please have your vaccination card with you or on your smartphone. You will be required to show it in order to enter. You will also be required to sign a Hadassah waiver form at the time of entry. Also, you may be required to wear a mask to attend this event. For everyone’s health and safety, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
