Join Hadassah Great Plains for a virtual event with special guest, Josephine Gon, Vice President of the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County

Her presentation will equip you to identify today’s antisemitism and understand its definition and importance, as antisemitism assumes many shapes in today’s world. In order to speak out against antisemitism, it is vital that you are able to recognize and understand its various manifestations.

Prior to her position at JCRC, Josephine (Jo) Gon was the Director of Israel and Overseas at the Federation. She moved to Florida 7 years ago from Springfield, Illinois where she served as Executive Director of the Jewish Federation. Jo was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, but has lived in the United States for 31 years. She serves on the WPTV Community Diversity Advisory Panel and is currently the co-vice chair of the Palm Beach County Community Remembrance Project and co-chair of its Community Engagement and Education Committee.

Antisemitism Today is a program of JCRC and is generously sponsored by Arlene Kaufman & Sandy Baklor.
