Join Eleanor Roosevelt Hadassah as their 2022 Board of Officers is installed by Hadassah Greater Detroit's next President, Mandy Garver, and learn from the experts on how to preserve our most treasured family photos. Pick up your goodie bag of Hanukkah treats, one per household, which will be available at the Hadassah House in West Bloomfield on Sunday, December 5th from 11:00 am -12:00 pm.

Photographs are important family keepsakes, but they can also be overwhelming when they are disorganized. If you have boxes overflowing with photos and no idea how to organize them, or even where to start, this program is for you! Join two professional archivists as they share methods to help you organize and preserve your photograph collection like a pro.

Robbie Terman is the Director of the Leonard N. Simons Jewish Community Archives at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. Laura Gottlieb is the Director of Cultural Resources at Temple Beth El, where she oversees the Rabbi Leo M. Franklin Archives and Prentis Memorial Library. Both archivists hold a Master of Library and Information Science and Certification in Archival Administration from Wayne State University. Together, Robbie and Laura like to team up to bring history to life in our community through engaging events, exhibits, lectures, and workshops.
